Quick Facts Location: 1111 Crater Lake Avenue, Medford, OR 97504 Start Date: 07/21/2026 Duration: Ongoing, with 4-8 shifts per month Schedule: 9am-9pm or 11pm-6am (may extend to 7am), flexible shifts Hours/Week: Based on scheduled shifts Employment Type: Locum, part-time Licensure/Certifications: Active Oregon license, DEA, ACLS, BLS, BC or eligible within 3-5 years of residency Experience: At least 2 years in Emergency Medicine preferred Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (plus incentives as noted) Pay & Benefits Competitive pay packages with weekly direct deposit $25/hour incentive for night shifts confirmed Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable 24/7 dedicated team supporting your success What You’ll Do Provide emergency medical care in an inpatient hospital setting Manage a diverse patient population experiencing acute illnesses or injuries Collaborate with hospital staff and specialists for comprehensive care Document patient encounters accurately and timely Respond to urgent situations swiftly and effectively Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards Participate in scheduled shifts, both day and night, with flexibility as needed What You Need Required: Active Oregon medical license DEA certification BC or recent BOARD ELIGIBILITY within 3-5 years of residency ACLS & BLS certifications 2+ years of emergency medicine experience Preferred: Prior experience in hospital emergency departments Ability to work flexible shifts, including night and day hours About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare facility in Medford, Oregon, providing high-quality emergency care to the community.
