Systems Administrator I, I06, ITSAEI06ResponsibilitiesWork on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiativeDevelop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope following detailed instructions, work is supervised.Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network engineersMonitor and manage systems backup resources, including daily backups, restores, CPU usage, disk usage, and response times to maintain operating efficiency.Perform systems security administration functions, including updating and patches OS and systems and software programs.Interact with backup customers.Other duties may include; setting up administrator accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space.QualificationsBS and 0-2 years experienceCOMPTIA Security+Ability to obtain secret level security clearanceAdditional Qualifications (not required):Experience with supporting Backup system proceduresRubrik Backup & Recovery experienceEqual Pay ActThis is the projected compensation range for this position.
