What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care in the LTAC setting, focusing on MS Telemetry patients
• Monitor vital signs and manage complex patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient information accurately in Epic electronic health records
• Respond effectively to emergent situations and notify physicians as needed
• Uphold patient safety and infection control protocols

What You Need:

• Active RN license in Louisiana or eligible for license in LA
• 1+ year of clinical experience in MS Telemetry or similar setting
• ACLS & BLS certifications
• Experience with TPN, wound care, drains, Foley, and narco administration preferred
• Ability to handle patient ratios of 1:5/6
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
