Responsibilities Implement occupational therapy programs and activities. Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments. Support patients in restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing their physical abilities and independence. Collaborate with peers and make referrals as necessary to help patients thrive. Ensure the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate environment. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
