The role offers the opportunity to work a variety of projects for an impressive network of repeat clients ranging from £100K - £3M. Salary & Package: Guideline salary of £50,000 - £60,000 (Negotiable) Company Car Allowance of £5,000 25 days + bank holidays Healthcare & Pension Key Responsibilities: Review tender documentation to identify trade packages and material requirements. Prepare and issue subcontract enquiries to suppliers Identify pricing gaps and complete labour/plant/material pricing from first principles. Compile tender qualifications and exclusions. Produce accurate costings Key Requirements: Estimating experience within the fit-out, refurbishment or joinery sector Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.
