Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist

A growing behavioral health program is seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team in Northern California. This role involves providing comprehensive mental health services to children and adolescents in both ambulatory clinic and intensive outpatient settings. The position offers a collegial environment supported by experienced staff and utilizes an integrated electronic health record system. Practice Info Care is delivered through a patient-centered, team-based approach. Collaboration among highly skilled clinicians specializing in therapies such as CBT, DBT, interventional psychiatry, and medication management. Work within an expanding child and adolescent behavioral health program. Provide care in both an ambulatory clinic setting and an adolescent intensive outpatient program. Collegial environment supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff. An integrated electronic health record system is utilized. Responsibilities Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for children and adolescents Deliver care in outpatient and intensive outpatient program settings Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans Utilize evidence-based practices, including psychotherapy and medication management Contribute to a supportive and team-oriented clinical environment Compensation Competitive compensation structure with transition to productivity-based model Salary: $325,000 - $365,000 Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance Long-term disability and life insurance options Employee assistance program Retirement plan with employer contribution Shift & Schedule Full-time or part-time basis Requirements M.D. or D.O. degree Completion of fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Board certified or board eligible (with intent to become certified within one year) Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in California Commitment to evidence-based care and excellence in patient experience
