What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day):
- Own Your Territory: Conduct high-energy, door-to-door community outreach campaigns to introduce homeowners to our innovative renovation solutions.
- Build Instant Rapport: Engage homeowners in friendly, consultative conversations to identify their property needs.
- Book the Win: Secure qualified appointments for our closing sales team (no heavy lifting or hard closing required on your end).
- Expand Our Reach: Utilize bilingual skills (if applicable) to connect with diverse neighborhoods and tap into fresh markets.
- Track Your Success: Maintain simple, accurate logs of your daily leads and interactions to ensure you get paid exactly what you're worth.
