Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: RN License Required Certifications: CCRN preferred but not required Must-Have Skills/Experience: - Acute care nursing experience Description: - This position is for a registered nurse specializing in medical-surgical nursing. - The facility has a total of 95 licensed beds. - Services provided include various medical fields such as Bariatrics, Family Medicine, Inpatient Rehab, Internal Medicine, Lab, Counseling Center, Occupational Health, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Surgery, Urgent Care, and more. - The location is situated in an area known for its recreational activities and natural beauty. - The environment is designed to promote teamwork and collaboration among staff. - The patient population includes adults and geriatric patients with varying medical needs, including those requiring rehabilitation. - Responsibilities will include managing patient care, documentation, and working within a collaborative team to ensure quality healthcare delivery. - The expected patient ratio is 5:1. - Familiarity with rehabilitation documentation and GG scoring is preferred. - The role may require occasional floating to medical-surgical units as needed.
