JOB DESCRIPTIONGriffon Aerospace, a leader in the exciting Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) and composites industry, is seeking a talented entry level Composite Technician to support the fabrication of UAVs and tooling. We are seeking innovative individuals who want to join an up tempo, maker culture that proudly provides products and services to support the American Warfighter!REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCEHigh School Graduate or EquivalentAbility to stand for long periods working in a fast-paced atmosphereAbility to wear a respirator as well as other safety equipment throughout the dayAbility to lift 35 lbs often and work standing up for a full 8hr shiftAbility to follow instructions and communicate well with leadership and peersPrevious composite/fiberglass experience is a plusJOB LOCATIONMadison, Alabama, United StatesPOSITION TYPEFull- Time/RegularCOMPENSATION/BENEFITSWork in climate-controlled room.Competitive Salary/Comprehensive Benefits PackageFirst ShiftPaid Holidays & VacationFull Health/Vision/Dental Insurance401K MatchingUS CITIZENSHIP REQUIREDYesABILITY TO OBTAIN A SECURITY CLEARANCEA plus but not required
