Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives
• Deliver Effective Therapeutic Interventions: Employ evidence-based approaches to improve patients' motor abilities, cognition, and everyday activities
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, well-rounded care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families in therapy techniques that foster ongoing improvement at home
• Track Progress: Regularly monitor clinical results and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring patients stay on track

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution
• Commitment to ongoing education or additional certifications is encouraged and will be supported

Licensure

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification is a requirement
