Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) position available in a healthcare facility located in Somerset, Kentucky. This role involves providing specialized respiratory care for pediatric patients within a busy acute care environment. The position requires daily commitment and offers an engaging opportunity to support the health and well-being of young patients.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT), 1-2 years of clinical experience, including pediatrics. Local candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience within a pediatric setting and familiarity with advanced respiratory care procedures.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Orientation is weekly, on Mondays. The facility is a 295-bed acute care hospital offering cardiac care and an advanced neurosurgery program, employing over 1,200 healthcare professionals. The role is a contractor replacement, with a start date of 10/19/2026 and an end date of 01/18/2027.
