Job Summary Citizens Securities, Inc. is hiring for the Investment Assistant II role. In this position you will receive training materials, coaching, and dedicated time and support to successfully pass your required certifications. The Investment Assistant II works closely with the assigned Wealth Advisor(s) to maximize revenue production by serving as the primary liaison between operations, client appointment scheduling and preparation, and audit preparation. You are responsible for the new account opening process. Travel within the assigned geographic location may be required. Responsibilities Act as liaison between clients, Wealth Advisor(s), and internal departments. Manage CRM and pipeline entry. Support new account opening process and audit preparation. Coordinate client appointment scheduling and preparation. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant financial experience. Proven track record of collaboration and relationship‑building across teams. High level of personal integrity, initiative, adaptability, and openness to learning; completed Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce. Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this position is $25–$26.50 per hour, plus an opportunity for bonus or commission.
