What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient primary care services in a community-based clinic
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory standards

What You Need

• Active Michigan Medical License
• Certified or eligible for Family Medicine certification
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
