Customer Solutions Specialist
AbbVie
Field-based Customer Solutions Specialist role supporting AbbVie's Access and Reimbursement team. The position involves calling on healthcare provider offices across Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire to implement and support digital portal solutions that streamline patient prescription experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assess healthcare provider office workflows and recommend electronic solutions to improve patient prescription experiences
- Serve as subject matter expert on AbbVie portals and digital solutions to assigned territory
- Diagnose prescription process delays and disruptions to identify relevant digital tools
- Build ongoing relationships with healthcare offices to provide updates on portal features and functionality
- Collaborate cross-functionally with AbbVie field teams to implement compliant solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
- 2+ years experience with prior authorization and specialty pharmacy drugs
- Strong understanding of drug acquisition in immunology specialty biologics
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain fleet vehicle
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical prescribing regulations and compliance
- Territory and account management skills with proven sales or healthcare experience
- Strong computer aptitude including Windows and internet browsers
