Medical Social Worker-Hospice (Part Time)

Currently seeking an experienced Medical Social Worker for one our top agency partners to see patients in their homes and in facilities in Salem, Derry, Newton, Hampstead, NH and surrounding area. Part-time, 20-30 hours/week Flexible to days/hours (make your own schedule!) Great pay plus mileage reimbursement As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the Medical Social Worker reports to the Clinical Manager and is responsible for planning and providing supportive services to terminally ill patients and families. Must be comfortable with issues relative to end-of life care, death and dying. Requirements: Current NH LICSW; MSW considered Minimum 1 year of recent Medical Social Worker experience in a Medicare Certified agency. Hospice experience preferred.
