Position – Maintenance Technician
Job Location – Oconto, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp to Hire
Employment Type – Full Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 12-hour night shift
Starting Pay –$Based on experience

Required Education – Preferred - Certificate or Tech Diploma in Industrial Maintenance
Required Experience – 3(+) year
Background Profile:
- Experience installing and setting up industrial machinery
- Skilled at performing machine upgrades and modifications
- Proficient in preventive and routine maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting ability across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience performing maintenance on equipment and throughout the facility
- Capable of safely and effectively using a wide range of hand and power tools
- Consistently follows all safety procedures, including LOTO and facility protocols
- Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving mindset
- Able to read, interpret, and apply information from blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
- Able to prioritize workload and manage multiple maintenance tasks efficiently
