Culinary Assistant

Elim Shores Independent and Assisted Living has opportunities for self‑motivated, energetic Culinary Assistants to join our team! This is a great opportunity for those seeking entry‑level work or wanting to learn and grow in a healthcare setting. No experience is needed as we will provide training to set you up for success. Position Type: Part‑Time Shifts Available: 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Wage Range: $16.68 - $18.05 / hour depending on experience Location: 7900 Timber Lake Dr, Eden Prairie, MN 55347 Culinary Assistant Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families. Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents. Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents. Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department. Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms. Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs. Culinary Assistant Qualifications Prior serving/dining experience preferred. We will train! Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet strict deadlines. Ability to work independently and be self‑motivated. Excellent customer service and hospitality skills. Basic math skills. Selected candidates will be required to pass a background check.
