Job Title

Travel RN – Neuro ICU (Night Shift)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Projected Start: June 22, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 16-bed Neuro ICU with patient ratios of 2:1, adjusting to 1:1 or 3:1 based on acuity and staffing needs
• Operate and monitor advanced equipment including ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, and EV 1000
• Assist with and support procedures including central line insertions, arterial line insertions, lumbar punctures, chest tube insertions, and EVD insertions
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic documentation system
• Fulfill a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule; participate in self-scheduling within unit guidelines
• Float to other units, including med/surg, as directed based on staffing needs; contract labor is first to float

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to wear required uniform: navy scrub tops and bottoms

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with neuro ICU patient populations and neuro-specific monitoring equipment such as EVDs
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
• Experience with CRRT or SLED therapy
