Flat Creek Estate Winery & Vineyard, Texas's Premier Winery, is looking for dynamic and engaging individuals to join our team as Independent Contract Brand Ambassadors . Represent our award-winning, estate-grown Texas Hill Country wines in some of the most vibrant cities in Texas, including Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW). Located in Marble Falls, TX, Flat Creek Estate Winery & Vineyard is an 80-acre premium entertainment and wine destination. Known for producing award-winning wines, we are expanding our retail presence across major Texas metropolitan areas. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll play a key role in sharing our story and introducing more people to the exceptional quality of our wines.

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of Flat Creek Estate Winery & Vineyard. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging Consumers : Set up and run sampling tables at retail accounts, offering tastings to shoppers and sharing your enthusiasm for our wines. - Telling Our Story : Educate customers about the unique heritage, quality, and craftsmanship behind our wines. - Driving Sales : Inspire customers to purchase by creating memorable tasting experiences. - Event Representation : Represent our brand at trade shows, festivals, and off-site sales events.

We’re seeking individuals who are: - Outgoing and Charismatic : You’re a natural people person who loves starting conversations and connecting with others. - Professional and Reliable : Punctual, mature, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Experienced in Hospitality or Customer Service : While not required, experience as a server, bartender, or in a similar role is a big plus. - Flexible and Mobile : Able to work primarily on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), stand for 3-hour shifts, and transport a lightweight tasting kit to demo locations. - Local to Our Markets : Must live in or near Houston, Austin, San Antonio, or DFW. - Age 21 or Older : Required to pour and handle alcohol. - Transportation Ready : Reliable transportation to get to and from demo locations.

• Job Type : Independent Contractor (1099)
• Flexible Shifts : Typical shifts are 3 hours on location.
• Weekly Volume : 3 to 6 demos per weekend, depending on your availability.

• Base Pay : $30.00 per hour.
• Incentive Program : Earn additional rewards and bonuses based on your sales performance.
