Work with a purpose! Management & Training Corporation (MTC) proudly operates the Otero County Prison Facility located in Chaparral, New Mexico. We provide a safe and secure working environment for our staff while helping offenders gain valuable skills and treatment necessary for success upon release. What you'll do: You'll be responsible for clerical tasks, systems and procedures related to Sex Offender Treatment Program inmate records administration. Essential Functions:

1. Operate office equipment such as computer, scanner, copy machine.
2. Inputting data into the following systems: CMIS, ODS, OPM.
3. Perform input and output operations and make adjustments necessary to ensure

schedules are met. 4. Perform duties including creating correspondence, maintain accountability of forms, inventory supplies and complete the input/output of forms in a timely manner. 5. Maintain files on department records, applications, documents, and correspondence sent, received and requiring further action. Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One (1) year word processing or computer data entry experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of New Mexico or Texas with an acceptable
