We have machines ready for deployment and are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to help build this division from the ground up.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Business Development & Operations to lead the growth of Supr Food Vending. This role combines sales, operations, and strategic execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a startup environment and is excited about the opportunity to help scale a business from its early stages.

This is not a desk job. The successful candidate will spend time in the field building relationships, securing new locations, overseeing installations, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new vending and micro-market locations
• Build relationships with property managers, employers, healthcare facilities, schools, fitness centers, and commercial real estate owners
• Negotiate and execute placement agreements
• Manage machine deployment and installation schedules
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, merchandising, and machine performance
• Analyze sales, product mix, and profitability by location
• Develop operational systems and standard operating procedures
• Work closely with leadership to develop growth strategies and expansion plans
• Build and manage future field and operations teams as the division grows

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, operations, vending, micro-markets, foodservice, retail, or related industries
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
• Highly organized and results-driven
• Comfortable spending significant time in the field
• Experience with route-based businesses, foodservice, convenience retail, vending, micro-markets, commercial real estate, or facilities management is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
