ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Ive built my agency with a strong foundation in State Farm experience, opening our first location in Arlington on January 1, 2020, and expanding into Fort Worth on February 1, 2025. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a deep appreciation for integrity, accountability, and doing whats right for customers and teammates alike. Our team is dynamic, diverse, and driven - weve created a culture rooted in honesty, growth, and collaboration, where we celebrate successes and support one another through challenges.

Community involvement is a core part of who we are. Each quarter, we host events to provide breakfast, lunch, school supplies, and other essentials to local businesses and schools. As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Cecy Diaz Win - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain client records and update information as needed.
