Position Overview
Full Time Dental Assistant
Chair-side support across general dentistry procedures
Eligible for performance bonuses
Key Responsibilities
Provide chair-side assistance to the General Dentist across a full schedule of patients
Sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms to Sage clinical standards
Take X-rays, capture intraoral scans, and enter accurate treatment plans
Present cases and educate patients on insurance benefits and next steps
Fabricate temporary crowns and bridges; pack cord
Support the office and provider team with daily operations as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Expanded functions / expanded duties / registered dental assistant credentials (state-dependent)
Active radiography certification
Excellent communication and patient-care skills
