- Bring positive energy every day while living and breathing the Merlin Values.
- Create memorable guest interactions that keep the fun going all day long.
- Welcome guests with a smile and help deliver an outstanding experience from start to finish.
- Manage queues safely and efficiently to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.
- Keep attraction areas clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.
- Complete opening and closing tasks to help the attraction run seamlessly.
- Jump in wherever needed to help create magical moments for every guest!

Qualifications & Experience
About You
- 612 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
- Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
- Self-motivated and ready to shinesolo or with the team.
- Super flexibleable to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events! (Weekend availability either Saturday or Sunday required)
