Position Overview: As a Bartender at Zoo Sindang NYC, you are both a craftsman and a storyteller. Behind our bar, you will craft zodiac-inspired signature cocktails with artistic precision, introduce guests to the rich heritage of Korean liquors, and deliver unforgettable hospitality in an intimate, vibrant speakeasy atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft & Execute: Prepare and serve zodiac signature cocktails and classic drinks with speed, precision, and theatrical presentation.

• Guide & Educate: Introduce guests to our unique Korean spirit collection, sharing the stories and flavor profiles behind each signature creation.

• Elevate Standards: Maintain top-tier cleanliness, organization, bar prep efficiency, and presentation standards.

• Innovate & Collaborate: Work closely with our head mixologists and management to refine service, contribute to seasonal menu updates, and elevate the overall bar experience.

• Host with Distinction: Deliver warm, intuitive, and personalized hospitality that keeps guests coming back.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of high-volume craft cocktail bar, premium lounge, or speakeasy experience preferred.

• Passion & Curiosity: A genuine passion for craft mixology, flavor innovation, and cultural storytelling. (Prior experience with Korean spirits is a plus, but not required—comprehensive masterclasses will be provided).

• Technical Mastery: Strong foundation in classic cocktail techniques, ice handling, prep work, and precise execution under high volume.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a magnetic personality, and a team-first attitude.

• Legal Requirements: Valid US work authorization and necessary local certifications (NYC Food Handlers, TIPS).
