Solid Ground is seeking a Resident Advocate to join our Sand Point Family program in Seattle. This role focuses on ensuring a supportive environment for residents, providing essential resources for life skills development, and offering 24/7 coverage. Ideal candidates will have experience in crisis intervention and a commitment to cultural sensitivity. The Resident Advocate will collaborate with case managers to provide life skills education, facilitate resident orientation, and monitor safety protocols.
