Our commitment to our clients is matched only by our dedication to our team members. We are seeking an experienced, proactive Client Service Associate to join Advisor John Voigt’s team. In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead client onboarding initiatives, and optimize administrative workflows to support our growing practice. Responsibilities End-to-End Onboarding: Oversee the complete lifecycle of complex client onboarding, account structuring, and asset transfers. Documentation Management: Author and audit new account applications, financial profiling forms, and transfer requests for accuracy. Advisor & Custodian Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the advisory team, clients, and custodians to expedite service requests. Cash Management: Execute and monitor complex money movement requests, including wires, ACH transfers, and check deposits. Workflow Automation: Utilize and refine internal CRM systems to automate administrative, compliance, and operational tasks. Reporting & Compliance: Generate client performance reports, assist with tax document distribution (1099s), and maintain compliance logs. Client Engagement: Proactively communicate with clients via phone and email to resolve complex operational inquiries. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Industry Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of operational experience within an RIA, broker-dealer, or wealth management firm. Operational Autonomy: Proven ability to manage workflows independently and anticipate advisory team needs. Process Optimization: Experience evaluating, improving, and scaling internal administrative and operational processes. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Wealthbox), custodian portals (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity), and Microsoft Office Suite. Communication Master: Elite verbal and written skills for independent, direct communication with high-net-worth clients. Problem‑Solving Skills: Strong analytical ability to resolve complex custodial, transfer, and compliance issues. Accountability: High level of responsibility, attention to accuracy, and strict adherence to industry regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
