Senior Java Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Hire Type: Contract
Salary Range: $62-68/hr on W2
We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within a collaborative and innovative environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing and developing API solutions that drive our business forward.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have 10+ years of experience in Java/J2ee.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in Springboot.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in Microservices.
- Must have 4+ years of experience in OAuth.
- Must have experience in Banking Domain.
- Strong strategic thinker with a proven ability to execute.
- Superior communication and relationship management skills.
- Technical SME with understanding of APIs, OAuth 2 authorization framework, gateway technologies, monitoring, and capacity management concepts.
- Ability to interface with both development and infrastructure teams to support overall channel resiliency for end-to-end transaction flows.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud modernization projects focused on scalability, security, and performance.
- Background in system integration initiatives connecting applications, partner platforms, and third-party APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
- Build and support integrations between internal systems, databases, and third-party services.
- Perform API testing, troubleshooting, code reviews, and production support to ensure reliability and performance.
