Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHealthcare Account ManagerThe Healthcare Staffing Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships within the healthcare accounts team. This position emphasizes client relations, team collaboration, provider scheduling, and ensuring smooth billing operations, with a commitment to providing excellent customer support. The role involves working closely with a dedicated healthcare accounts team and requires attendance at quarterly client meetings to maintain strong partnerships.This is an in office roleResponsibilitiesManage client relations to foster strong, lasting partnershipsCollaborate effectively within the dedicated healthcare accounts teamCoordinate and manage physician and advanced practice provider schedules to ensure consistent shift coverage across client facilitiesSupport physician and APP recruitment efforts, assisting with candidate sourcing and pipeline development as staffing needs ariseProvide timely and effective customer support to address client needsOversee billing processes to ensure accuracy and promptnessParticipate in quarterly client meetings to review service and account statusTake ownership of open shifts, proactively problem-solving and escalating as needed to ensure every shift is filledRequired QualificationsPreferred 1+ years of experience in healthcare account managementExperience with provider scheduling and shift coverage coordination, ideally within a healthcare or staffing environmentFamiliarity with physician recruitment processes, including sourcing and candidate engagementA demonstrated commitment to reliability and follow-through, with a track record of doing what it takes to fill shifts and prevent coverage gapsStrong communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally under time pressure\nCompany DescriptionFlint Medical Staffing is more than just a staffing agency, we operate with a servants heart.
