We are a group of local, independent providers practicing in multiple specialties. We are seeking a full-time Practice Manager to join our team. In this position, you will:

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate daily operations of the department
• Provide leadership to and supervision of the clinic staff
• Facilitate the delivery of excellent patient care
• Oversee staff training and ongoing competency assessment
• Oversee scheduling procedures to ensure appropriate patient experience
• Prepare and manage capital and operating budgets
• Collaborate as an integral member of the WMC Leadership Team
• Participate in professional development activities and meetings as required

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous healthcare management experience strongly preferred
• Basic working knowledge of healthcare terminology and industry
