Warehouse Packing Specialist

Revolution Revolution is now hiring a Warehouse Packaging Specialist to support warehouse and manufacturing operations in Mesquite, TX. This hands-on role is responsible for preparing, packaging, labeling, staging, and moving finished plastic products to ensure orders are accurate, protected, and ready for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. Package finished plastic products according to customer specifications and company standards. Inspect finished products and packaging for damage, defects, or other quality concerns. Verify product quantities, labels, lot numbers, and other order information for accuracy. Label, wrap, band, box, palletize, and secure finished goods for storage or shipment. Stage completed orders in designated warehouse and shipping areas. Move finished goods and packaging materials throughout the facility using appropriate material-handling equipment. Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed. Maintain accurate product identification and traceability throughout the packaging and staging process. Complete required packaging, production, inventory, and shipping documentation. Monitor packaging supplies and notify appropriate personnel when materials need to be replenished. Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory locations. Coordinate with production, warehouse, quality, and shipping teams to support daily schedules and customer requirements. Follow FIFO, lot-control, and product-handling procedures as required. Maintain clean, organized, and safe packaging and warehouse areas. Follow all company safety procedures, including proper use of required personal protective equipment. Identify and report damaged products, incorrect materials, equipment concerns, or other issues that could impact quality or shipment accuracy. Assist in other departments as needed based on business and staffing needs. Support general warehouse activities and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, packaging, shipping, or manufacturing experience preferred. Experience in plastics or other industrial manufacturing environments is a plus. Must have at least 6 months of forklift experience. Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record preferred. Ability to accurately read product labels, work orders, and shipping information. Basic computer and inventory-system skills preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be capable of lifting boxes up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment where temperatures and noise levels may vary. Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime or varying shifts based on business needs.
