EDDA Dental Assistant Hearthside Dentistry — Thornton, CO $27–$32/hour | 4-Day Work Week | No Weekends | Some Long Weekends

Hearthside Dentistry is a private, owner-led dental practice in Thornton focused on quality care, patient comfort, modern technology, and creating a great experience for both patients and our team.

As an EDDA at Hearthside Dentistry, you will be trusted to work independently within your scope while still being supported by the doctor and team. Whether you are newer to EDDA responsibilities or already experienced, there is room to learn, build confidence, grow your skills, and increase your earning potential over time.

We also have Osseo, our Chief Comfort Officer, who helps make the office feel more relaxed and welcoming. Because Osseo is part of our practice, the right person should love and be comfortable around dogs and enjoy having a dog in the office.

As an EDDA, You’ll Help With

• Placing quality restorations with confidence and care

• Working independently within your EDDA scope

• Assisting with exams, treatment, implants, Invisalign, and comprehensive care

• Helping patients feel welcomed, calm, and comfortable

• Keeping the clinical day flowing smoothly

• Preparing clean, organized, ready-to-go operatories

• Supporting your teammates throughout the day

• Helping with supplies, systems, OSHA, and HIPAA standards

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are

• EDDA trained or experienced

• Comfortable placing fillings, or excited to keep improving your EDDA skills

• Kind, dependable, organized, and proactive

• Comfortable working independently

• Positive, team-focused, and good with communication

• Someone who takes pride in quality work

• Love dogs

• Interested in growing with the practice
