Job Location Various Job Category Project Management Job Responsibilities Assist project managers and estimators with project planning and implementation of activities. Support procurement of labor, materials, and equipment. Maintain document control, including submittals, methods statements, safety reports, drawing logs, and associated tracking processes. Develop and update meeting minutes. Coordinate with subcontractors. Assist with estimating. Administer contracts. Control costs. Promote sales/customer satisfaction. Travel to job sites as required by PM and/or superintendents. Adhere strictly to Rudolph Libbe Group safety practices and procedures. Skills Ability to travel out‑of‑state for the duration of projects, preferred. Strong technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to be dynamic, prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and respond quickly to requests of customers, superintendents, and construction partners. Working knowledge of blueprints and construction specifications preferred. Positive attitude and willingness to learn is essential. Ability to adapt to unique job requirements. Education / Experience A bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management preferred. Experience in the construction industry preferred.
