$23/hr Production Team Lead (Nights) (BMA) NOW HIRING Night Team Lead for immediate start! The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing team members and must be able to step in when needed. Responsibilities include training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; initiating discipline for team members; addressing complaints and helping to resolve problems. Benefits include weekly pay, health benefits, PTO, short-term disabilities, among others. Key Responsibilities: Able to exercise good and rational judgement. Must have the skills to work effectively with client’s staff. Arrive 15 minutes before shift to check on team members and assign them to machines. Distribute trimmers and personal protective equipment to team members. Ensure team members punch in correctly and are dressed appropriately. Work with and train new team members and check on team members to make sure duties are being performed properly. Ensure team members are punching for breaks and out at the end of the shift. Perform as break Inspector/Packer throughout the shift. Fill out incident reports for on-the-job injuries. Contact on-site staff as soon as possible. Handle transfer slips, initiate actions, and distribute other materials. Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications: Some prior experience is needed for this role. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally, and up to 50 lbs on rare occasions. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts. We are looking to hire quickly for this role.
