Maintenance Technician (CDL Class B Required) | $20-$28/hr | Tulsa, OK

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 10:30 AM-7:00 PM

Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys working on both facilities and vehicles? We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support the daily maintenance of our building and fleet operations.

This position combines facility maintenance with fleet support, making it ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys variety in their work. You'll work independently while helping ensure our facilities and vehicles remain safe, reliable, and operational.

What You'll Do

Facility Maintenance

•Perform preventative and routine building maintenance

•Troubleshoot basic electrical issues

•Complete minor plumbing repairs

•Repair lighting fixtures and replace bulbs

•Inspect building systems, parking lots, roofs, and grounds

•Complete work orders and document repairs

•Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs such as HVAC

Fleet Maintenance

•Perform preventative maintenance on company fleet vehicles

•Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain service records

•Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues

•Coordinate outside repairs when necessary

•Drive company vans and diesel coaches to repair facilities as needed

•Help ensure fleet vehicles remain safe and road-ready

Qualifications

Required

•High School Diploma or GED

•Valid Class B CDL with Air Brakes endorsement

•Ability to maintain a DOT Medical Card

•Experience with general building maintenance

•Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repairs

•Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

•Ability to work independently

•Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred

•Fleet maintenance experience

•Experience with commercial vehicles, buses, diesel equipment, or trailers

•Previous facilities maintenance experience

•Healthcare, commercial, industrial, or manufacturing maintenance experience
