Eagle Harbor Inn is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to interface with guests and staff, delivering exceptional guest experiences while overseeing the Front Desk and related operations. This full-time salaried position reports to the General Manager. The AGM will manage Front Desk staff, coordinate with back office, supervise scheduling, and assist with capital projects and annual planning.
