• With Northwestern Mutual for 9 years
• Before Northwestern Mutual, Chase served in the National Guard a background that shows up in how he leads today, with the discipline and commitment to team that come from military service.
• Outside the office, Chase is a proud girl dad, an active supporter of Children's Hospital of Mississippi, and rarely turns down a round of golf.

Gates Willson - Growth & Development Director:

• With Northwestern Mutual for 5 years
• Gates is a Mississippi State graduate who joined Northwestern Mutual right out of college. A former high school football player and powerlifter, he brings that same competitive drive to helping advisors grow.
• Outside the office, Gates is active with Young Life and stays committed to fitness and strength training.

Julie Colbert, Financial Advisor:

• With Northwestern Mutual since 1990
• Julie is a Millsaps College graduate who joined Northwestern Mutual right out of college and has been with the firm ever since. She's a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table, the industry's mark of top-tier financial professionals a distinction she's held throughout her career.
• Outside the office, Julie stays active through swimming and athletics, and is a dedicated volunteer in the community.

Christopher Johnston, Wealth Management Advisor:

• With Northwestern Mutual since 2008
• Christopher is an Ole Miss graduate in Psychology who joined Northwestern Mutual straight out of college, one of the few advisors on the team who's built his entire career here. That tenure shows in the depth of experience he brings to clients and in the mentorship he offers newer advisors coming up.
• Outside the office, Christopher stays busy coaching, staying active with the Ole Miss Alumni Association, following basketball, and looks forward to deer hunting season.

About the Financial Representative Role:
As a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, you will be part of a team that helps individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals through personalized insurance solutions and financial planning. Your role involves building long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their financial goals, aspirations, and concerns.
• Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans that include investments, insurance, and retirement.
• Insurance Solutions: Recommend and implement insurance strategies to protect clients' assets and income.
• Ongoing Support: Monitor clients' financial plans and provide regular updates, adjusting strategies as needed to meet changing circumstances.
• Networking: Build and maintain a network of clients through referrals, community involvement, and professional associations.

Qualifications:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in financial services, insurance or business development is beneficial but not required.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Licenses: Obtain necessary licenses, such as Series 6, 63, and state insurance licenses (training and sponsorship available).
