Shifts: Monday to Friday 7:15am - 3:30pm, plus one 24-hour call one weekend per month

• Provide direct patient care in a home health setting
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and promptly

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent
• Associate's or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred
• Less than 1 year of experience required with direct patient care
• Completion of an accredited/approved school of nursing with requisite clinical hours
