AV/VTC Technician

Littleton, United States | Posted on 06/23/2026 We are looking for an AV/VTCTechnician to join our team. Three or more years of experience working as an AV VTC Technician. Primary Skills Experience with videoconference and conference room upgrades, knowledge of Extron and Crestron infrastructure and control products, Bi‑amp audio devices, Tandberg codecs, projection system and other audio/video equipment. Installing complex AV systems, including equipment rack fabrication, site preparation, termination and calibration of audio and video equipment, and implementation of Crestron Digital Media and control systems. Troubleshoot complex audio, video, switching and control systems problems. Install, configure, integrate and test videoconferencing and integrated audio/visual technologies. Integrate and configure A/V systems with Crestron control systems and install and configure Crestron Digital Media products. Additional Responsibilities Assist in developing and conduct on‑site user and administrative training for the installed integrated A/V systems. Assist in design, integration, testing and troubleshooting of various network and telecommunications systems including IP and ISDN networks. Assist in customer site surveys, collecting and recording existing detailed operational, functional and technical requirements, developing project scopes. Load and test touch panels and control programs. Troubleshoot hardware cabling. Provide system testing and troubleshooting expertise on high‑end A/V solutions related to the remote control subsystems of the integrated solutions. Provide training materials, including advanced training for technical support personnel and basic training for end users. Requirements At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting videoconferencing, audio conferencing, and integrated A/V technologies in a large enterprise. At least 3 years of experience installing and troubleshooting Digital Media, Bi‑amp, Extron, Tandberg, Polycom, Crestron, Lutron, and corresponding hardware and software infrastructure. Familiarity with IT, telecommunications, A/V and electrical equipment including related materials and specifications. Detailed knowledge of videoconferencing standards. Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
