Regional CDL-A Driver

One week, you could be delivering through Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, and Kentucky . The next, you're back home 3–4 times during the week , getting a break before heading out again.

You'll average 800–1,000 miles weekly on dedicated regional freight, driving Freightliner and International tractors with the backing of an on-site operations team that keeps things running smoothly.

Before you're on your own, you'll complete paid training at $150 per day , including safe unloading practices to set you up for success.

The average driver earns $1,500–$1,700 per week , while top performers regularly earn $2,000+ weekly , with annual earnings reaching up to $100,000 .

Your paycheck is built from more than just miles:

• Up to $0.85 CPM based on experience
• $245 for every unload
• $70 backhaul pay
• $25 stop pay
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

You'll need:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of CDL-A tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months
• Ability to safely unload freight
• Strong customer service skills
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to park equipment at the designated terminal/distribution center
• Clean MVR
• Clean background
• Strong work ethic
• Not SAP Friendly

After 60 days, you'll have access to medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) , along with paid vacation and the support of an experienced operations team.
