Consultation, mentorship, peer learning, and professional development are valued parts of our practice culture.### Flexible Career OptionsFull-time and part-time opportunities are available, including scheduling options that may accommodate daytime, evening, weekend, in-person, and telehealth clinical work.## Compensation, Benefits & Professional SupportCompensation varies based on factors including licensure, clinical schedule, caseload, experience, compensation tier, and employment arrangement.* **Estimated annual earnings of $25,000-$121,900+**, depending on licensure, clinical schedule, caseload, compensation tier, and arrangement.* **Sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 may be available** based on licensure, experience, weekly clinical commitment, and position needs.* Health insurance for eligible full-time employees or a cash-in-lieu option.* Supervision toward independent licensure for eligible clinicians, including LPC to LPCC and LSW to LISW.* Streamlined EHR and administrative support so clinicians can focus more of their time on clinical work.* Professional development opportunities through collaboration with experienced clinicians and leadership support.We welcome applications from Ohio-licensed clinicians, including **LPCs, LPCCs, LPCC-Ss, LISWs, LISW-Ss, and Licensed Psychologists** who are passionate about providing evidence-based counseling to adults, teens, or children.LSW applicants may also be considered when their clinical experience, specialized training, and professional background demonstrate strong preparation for the position.We value strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to client care.## Mental Health Therapist ResponsibilitiesThe therapist role centers on providing ethical, professional, evidence-based outpatient mental health care while maintaining appropriate clinical documentation and collaborating with the practice team when needed.* Provide individual, couples, or family counseling within the clinician's areas of training, competence, and assigned caseload.* Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with professional, practice, and applicable payer requirements.* Maintain professional and ethical standards consistent with applicable Ohio licensure requirements.* Communicate appropriately with administrative staff regarding scheduling and practice-related needs.* Participate in clinical consultation and interdisciplinary collaboration when appropriate.* Maintain applicable licensure, credentialing requirements, and continuing professional responsibilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
