Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Ability to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ needs and progress
• Develop individualized treatment plans targeting communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, assessments, and communications
• Attend and contribute to IEP and eligibility meetings
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students
