Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00 per hour, plus shift differential

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Schedule: 3rd Shift | Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Location: Bridgewater, Massachusetts

Position Summary

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a dependable 3rd Shift Machine Operator to support overnight production operations. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, performing basic machine adjustments, and ensuring production goals are met safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure consistent production output.
• Perform routine machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Conduct quality inspections and document production results.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily goals.
• Assist with machine setup, product changeovers, and production start-ups as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical issues or production concerns.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Work closely with quality, maintenance, and production teams to support operational goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating manufacturing or production equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Requires standing, walking, and monitoring equipment for extended periods.
• May involve lifting, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Overnight shift schedule.
