Apartment Maintenance Technician - On-Call & Make-Ready

IDM Companies

IDM Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the community's facilities and grounds well-maintained and safe. The role emphasizes quick response to work orders, detailed make-ready processes, and a strong customer-service mindset. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of maintenance experience, the ability to lift 75 lbs, and must be able to work 8-12 hour shifts and weekends, including on-call emergencies.
