Oncology/Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Day Shift: 5x8 hours (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM) Job Description We are seeking a qualified Oncology/Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient oncology setting, administering chemotherapies and managing patient responses while working with a diverse patient population. Responsibilities Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments in accordance with protocols. Monitor patients for side effects and manage symptoms effectively. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care. Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner software. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of RN experience with at least 1 year in oncology specialty. Active RN license in state or compact state. Current certifications: BLS, Chemotherapy Certification (ONS/ONCC). OCN preferred. Experience in infusion center and outpatient oncology practice.
