Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Screening Records in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener in a logistics and distribution location, you will help support a secure environment by screening personnel, visitors, and/or materials in accordance with site procedures. You will maintain a visible presence, help identify potential security‑related concerns, communicate professionally, and provide exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.82 / Hour Job Schedule Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑control requirements, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and/or vehicles entering designated areas of the logistics and distribution location in accordance with site procedures. Inspect shipments, packages, and personal belongings as required by site policy, reporting prohibited items, irregularities, or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of designated work areas, loading zones, entrances, and the perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized access and identifying security‑related concerns. Minimum Requirements Have at least six months of security‑related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
