The Avalon of New Albany is seeking a Quality of Life Specialist/Resident Assistant to join our team in New Albany, OH. This on-site role supports residents with personal care, meals, and engaging activities while maintaining safety and communication with staff and families. We offer a full-time position in a senior living environment.
