Hospital Phlebotomist

Job Overview Labcorp is seeking a Hospital Phlebotomist at 751 NE Blakely Dr., Issaquah, WA 98029. Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 5:00am – 1:30pm, rotating weekends. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Enter patient data accurately and in a timely manner. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Minimum Qualifications Washington State issued Phlebotomy license (MA‑P). Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of experience as a phlebotomist. Additional Job Standards Formally accepted application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may satisfy the license requirement. Capable of passing a standardized color‑blindness test. Flexible to work overtime as needed. Demonstrates exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Can work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Pay Range $21.87 to $32.28 per hour.
