Qualifications:
- Valid New Mexico (NMRLD) state license as an Occupational Therapist required
- NMPED license must be secured by start date; candidates with pending NMPED status are welcome
- Previous experience in school-based OT settings strongly preferred

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability and organizational abilities for effective caseload management
What You'll Do:
- Provide in-person OT services tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support
- Assess students and develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Maintain clear documentation, progress notes, and evaluations
- Attend IEP meetings and participate in school team initiatives
- Support inclusion and student engagement within the classroom environment
