Community Interface Services hiring a Job Coach! About Us Since 1983, Community Interface Services has been empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through individualized, community-based support. We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people thrive in employment, housing, community inclusion, and daily living. Key Responsibilities As a Job Coach, you will be supporting individuals with disabilities working within the Carlsbad to Cardiff area. Your responsibilities will include supporting prioritizing tasks, completing their work efficiently, and facilitating the relationship between the employer and the person you support. You are not responsible for their work but rather advocate for any support or accommodation needed at work. By offering personalized job coaching, you will help individuals develop their skills and confidence in the workplace, empowering them to thrive in their roles.
